Philip Benwell Posted March 16, 2022 Report Share Posted March 16, 2022 I have had to stop using my Nitro PDF because I continually get error messages (401 and others) and it keeps on crashing (I did look at the FAQ about crashing but it talks about 'crushing'. I have gone on for months to try and get support but there is no way I can submit a ticket for this problem. What is the use of buying a product from you when you hide yourself behind so many walls and direct people away from telling you about a problem they have. I have used Nitro for many years and have never encountered such bureaucracy before. I would have deleted the existing software and uploaded again, but have not taken that risk because there is no support available to me. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can install again Nitro PDF Pro on your computer but please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. The installer can be located at https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link to install Nitro PDF Pro 12. Once installed, activate it using your existing serial number. If you still get the 401 error message, please follow the steps below: 1. Open Nitro Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro. 3.
