dot instead of icon

Hi

My version 13 build is 13.33.2.645

My desktop icons for Nitro files are only dots. 

I didn't find any solved answers.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I recommend to update your Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation to the latest build (13.58.0.1180) then see if this fixes the issue. The latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 can be located here https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads (click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link)

To update, simply run the executable installer from the above link and this will automatically update your installation to Nitro Pro 13.58.0.1180 build. 

If the issue with the icons persists, please share a screenshot so we could take a closer look.

Hi again Reymund

I downloaded and installed update 13.58.0.1180.

I then rebooted.

But the dot instead of an icon remains on my desktop for all PDF files.

Is there something special that I am supposed to do to fix it?
