Unable to activate my Nitro Pro 12

Hi 

I am having the same issues, I can't install Nitro 12.

I just updated to Windows 11 and Nitro went to a trial version and when I tried to put in my serial number it was different to usual and made me copy an ID then go to a web page ( link didn't work) finally got there and then I put in the ID and the serial number and it still didn't work - this is very different to the usual way?

anyhow I uninstalled 12 and now can't reinstall as it says Nitro pro wizard has failed. I have very good internet and the two links above don't take me anywhere. I also cleared the Nitro Pro from my downloads and also cleared the Temp files.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
