Missing v13 serial number

I cannot locate Pro 13 serial key in any emails nor does it display in the registry (encrypted). I want to add the program to my laptop  as it is already installed on my pc. I am 1 user status but I understand I can install Nitro Pro 13 on two devices.  How do I obtain the license key?
