Nitro Pro Crashing when opening an Attachment within an .msg File on a netshare

Hello,

I need help from you guys i run into this strange issue while using Nitro Pro 13.58.0.1180.

I have some old Mails (.msg) that I store on a netshare (Windows SMB) for my employes to look it because they need them here and there.

we open the msg with Outlook and see the everything fine till we try to open the attachment of the Mail with NitroPDF it freezes my PC and in some cases it crashes instantly and gives me an Option to report to the nitro support i didnt hear anything back to this so.

Thats why I created this Post to hopefully find someone who can help me with this or experienced the same Problem as me.

With regard to your netshare where your files are saved, is this OneDrive or Google Drive?

Lastly, are any of your colleagues experiencing the same issue?
