To successfully activate using your version 12 license, please ensure that you have the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 on your new PC. The installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. Once installed, the version and build that will appear should be 12.16.9.574. This information can be found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
