Unable to activate Nitro Pro 13 on new computer.

I have Nitro Pro 13 and uninstalled on my old computer but it will not allow me to activate on my new computer.  I have the license.  Please help

I can confirm that you version 13 license is active with available seats to activate Nitro PDF Pro. Please ensure that you have the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you could successfully activate. The Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.

Once installed, check the version by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Once confirmed that your installation is on 13.58.0.1180, click the Activate button then enter your version 13 license.

I have V13.19.2.356 and SN 504*************** and  cannot activate.  I had gone back to a recovery point on W10 and wnet back to what I had.  Nitro Pro thinks it is a trial version and will not let me activate.  It asks for a certificate (all ridiculously complicated I might add).  I bouth a new version in late 2021 SN 504*************** thinking it would have a new version - so I wasted money but never installed it.
