Nitro Pro License Transfer Policy

Does anyone have any additional info on the Nitro license transfer policy? I have a couple questions:

1.) Once a license has been activated twice, does that mean I cannot use it on other computers once I deactivate it? Is the license permanent or does it expire after 2 activations?

2.) Is there any way to find out what computer a license is being used on? Other than manually looking into each computer?
