I am supposed to have Nitro sign as a function of the Nitro Pro 13 program that I purchased from Nitro. But I do not. It is now 4:15 and I cannot get support so I can have a document signed for filing in U.S. District Court by a 5:00 deadline. I'm livid

You sold me a program that does not do what you represented that it should do. That is simple fraud. You provide no support or assistance. That is bad business. I want a full refund. Your product is a scam.
