Jerry Byrd Posted March 23, 2022 Report Share Posted March 23, 2022 I have nitro 10 pro user who has gotten a new PC and I am needing to get Nitro Pro installed on the new PC and I need to know where the serial number would be located on the old PC so I can activiate the pro 10 on her new machine? Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Also, access to the installers of discontinued versions are no longer available. However, serial numbers from older versions were reset and transferred to our new activation server and will now work with the current build of Nitro Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. The serial number on an activated installation, can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. However, for security purposes, it will only display some part of the serial number. To determine the complete serial number, please ask the user what email address was used when she purchased the license including her first and last name. She can also search her email for invoice that was sent during the license purchase. This invoice contains the order reference number and the serial number.
