jcmj Posted March 24, 2022 Report Share Posted March 24, 2022 Hi Team, I currently have Nitro Pro 9 on my machine with a serial number ( I can see the serial number when I click on Help->About Nitro Pro). I would like to upgrade it to newer version. When I click on check for updates, it throws error "problem connecting to update server". I did go through the forum on similar threads, where it was recommended to install v12 first and use the serial number to activate and then upgrade it to v13.
