Philip Tannenbaum
Have V10 licenses on a desktop w/V10 installed and a new notebook. Both are Win11x64 Home. Trying to install to V12 via the online updater on either gets ''NitroPro setup wizard has failed'. Internet connection is a stable 50Mbps cable service but I moved on and downloaded the standalone installer as advised in another thread on the Community. The standalone installer installs but when trying to activate it tries to go to https://www.internetactivation.com/ECOSYSTEM/ActivationServer/tiactivate/default.aspx and gets www.internetactivation.com refused to connect. Might this be your old activation server even though the activation link started from the V12 package? How to get around it? V10 is installed on the desktop; V10 was installed and when problems arose activating it, it was uninstalled from the notebook. Same problem re the activation server on each.
