Switching Computers and Serial Number is X'd out (Nitro Pro 13)

I'm trying to transfer and activate my Nitro Pro 13 license on a new computer. The serial number's last 12 digits on the old computer is all X's. Please advise.

I have a similar issue. I want to upgrade and take advantage of offer two upgrades for price of one but my serial number is XXXX on last 12 digits and I can't log support ticket without it. Or basically do anything.
