Joseph Neary Posted March 25, 2022 Report Share Posted March 25, 2022 We recently had version 13.3 and reinstalled to 13.0 to see if it would fix this issue. The Shapes you placed on the document using the Shapes tool can be resize when you select the Select tool. In Select tool mode, point the mouse cursor to the line of the shape until the curse turns into black. From there, click the line of the shape and it will allow you to resize the shape.
