Michael Bowman
Just installed Nitro on a few client machines which then broke an internal web app we use that is java based, getting a 403 error. Has anyone ran into anything similar? Thanks
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted March 27, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 27, 2022 Hi @Michael Bowman Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! I have not heard of an issue where the installation of Nitro PDF Pro made some changes on the web server that is hosting a java based web application. From what I know, the 403 error is a HTTP status code that the webserver uses to describe the issue. This error occurs when a webserver forbids an access to a page that you are trying to open. It is like trying to open a resource that is not permitted by the webserver. Have you checked with your web admin about this error and what is the cause of it? Kind regards,
