Sheri Cooper Posted March 25, 2022 Report Share Posted March 25, 2022 I have eight licenses for NitroPro with NitroSign, bought via six at original purchase and two later on. Seven work fine, and one user of the original six licenses has "Expired Plan" showing and she cannot use her paid product. How can I have her account set correctly to allow using NitroSign?
