CANNOT INSTALL NITRO PRO 13

I am currently running on Nitro Pro 11.0.3.173 and just purchased the newest version of 13. It won't allow me to install and getting support is impossible. Has anyone else had the issue and been able to get it to install? Do I have deactivate or uninstall old versions first?

Please try to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the offline MSI installer. Here's the direct download links to the installer:

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 

If nothing happens when you click the link, please copy the URL then paste it on the address bar of your web browser then click enter. This should prompt you to download the installer. 

Once installed, you can activate Nitro PDF Pro 13 using your version 13 serial number. 
To activate, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button. 

If you encounter an error message during installation or activation, please provide the following:

1. The version and build of Nitro PDF Pro on your computer (found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro). 
2. Screenshot of the issue or error message.
