"The serial number does not exist"

I am trying to activate Nitro Pro 12 with an existing serial number, but am receiving a message that says "The serial number entered does not exist".

I have just started in my position and know that this serial number was used to activate Nitro Pro for the person previously in this position.

I am using the most recent build of Nitro Pro 12 (12.16.9.574).

Could you please provide the serial number you are using to activate the software?

Also, the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, did you locate this under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro of the software?

Hi @Larry Pope,

In checking the serial number you provided, it appears to be invalid. You can confirm this through our Activation Portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

Please reach out to the person who purchased this license to verify the correct serial number.
