I tried a work around where I printed as a pdf and it sometimes worked. Usually it comes up pixelated and messes us the document. Really need some help here guys . If the document is protected or has security set on it, some tools in the software will not be available (greyed out). If the Extract tool is greyed out, please check the Document Properties of the file and see which settings are allowed and not on the document. To do this, open the file in Nitro PDF Pro then go to File > Document Properties. Under Security tab, the Existing Security Settings section displays which options are allowed and not. Reprinting the document to PDF will invalidate the security placed on the document. If the document is digitally signed, it will remove the digital signature.
