Despite an error message during deactivation ( Invalid Data ) it finally managed to deactivate. But on the new post I encounter the same problem. On the trial version of Nitro Pro 12, I go to "Activate", then I copy the installation number. Then I am redirected to the activation web page that asks me the installation number and serial number, and again I get the message "invalid data" and unable to activate my software. We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
