Problem with NITRO PDF CREATOR

Hello,

We have updated NITRO PDF yesterday after problems with signature. Today, we have an error issue when we want to print with NITRO PDF CREATOR : conversion cancelled.

We have tried to reinstallate but we have always the same message.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.58.0.1180 from the page I have provided below:

I followed the different steps of the procedure. Now, the document arrives in the printer, but the conversion is canceled anyway.

- What Operating System you are using
- The file you are working on so we can test
- Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end

- What Operating System you are using : Windows Server 2012

- The file you are working on so we can test : usually my colleagues use the virtual printer from their work software "Sylae"

Personally, I did my tests with the various documents offered when opening the software : %AppData\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\13\Content\workflows% or with Office Word.

- Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end : File - Print - Nitro PDF CREATOR -> Save As -> Save

Hello,

We have crash issues again with e-signed PDF.

We had uninstalled and cleaned the system before reinstalling Nitro via a link sent by support.

But the problem starts again.
