Tricia Van Nus Posted April 4, 2022 Report Share Posted April 4, 2022 (edited) Hi Had NP10 working well - then laptop crash (not unusual) Started to think that I had better upgrade, and went to the upgrade area, put in the serial number that I had (Nitro Pro 10 serial number: **) Then it showed me:"Thank you for your submission. This Nitro PDF Pro serial has already been upgraded and you are currently operating on our most recent version, Nitro PDF Pro 13."What the! I did download the 13 software and it was running in trial mode. Now it seems I am doomed to pay full retail as the upgrade says I have already upgraded - I'm lost. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
