I'm trying to activate my nitro productivity suite with Nitro 12 on my new machine and it will not activate. When I get to a deactivation page it gives my serial number, version 12, status active, number of activations zero, number of activations allowed 2 and only thing to do is click deactivate. I then get a pop up that says please select devices to deactivate with ok but there is nothing to click on. Finding help has been challenging so any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
