Hester Hoekstra Posted April 13, 2022 Report Share Posted April 13, 2022 When we open scanned documents in Nitro 13 we only see blank pages. When we use Nitro 12 the pages are displayed correctly. In order to further investigate this issue, could you please provide the following?: -The serial number of the Nitro PDF Pro 13. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -Build of Nitro Pro are your users are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.58.0.118) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -If it's just with specific ones, how were they created and what software was used? -Send us a few sample files (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so we can perform some tests on our end. Since your users are still working with an older build, we highly recommend updating using below offline English MSI installers for Nitro PDF Pro 13.58.0.1180: x32 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit Windows system, please refer to this article:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq When done, verify it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Once confirmed that your installation is on 13.58.0.1180, please try to open again your documents. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
