My activation code is not working. I deactivated on my previous computer but the code will not work on the new computer

Activation issues like this happens if the Nitro PDF Pro installation does not match the version of the serial number. 

Could you please open your Nitro PDF Pro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then provide the version and build. Please provide as well the serial number you are using to activate the software.
