Nitro Pro 13 - HELP!

I need help with the status of my account.  I tried using the support/contact us, nothing seems to work.  I'm trying to find out why my "plan expired", is there a upgrade, and spell check issues. 

I use the support page, enter my name, email, and serial number.  Nothing happens.  I used Nitro Pro since 2009 and had great support in the past and this is getting frustrating.

I believe you are referring to your Nitro Sign and to further assist you, an adjustment have been executed so please close all your browsers, open a new one and log in again.
