John T Posted April 25, 2022 Report Share Posted April 25, 2022 I need help with the status of my account. I tried using the support/contact us, nothing seems to work. I'm trying to find out why my "plan expired", is there a upgrade, and spell check issues. I use the support page, enter my name, email, and serial number. Nothing happens.
