Need Help Reactivating on Computer that was Rebooted

I bought Nitro Pro PDF last month and installed on my computer. My computer crashed and everything had to be reinstalled so I lost all my files. I need help reactivating Nitro Pro but I do not have my serial number anymore.

All I have is the reference number when I paid for it. Please help

I sent your serial number through direct message. 

Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
