Bud Ashlock
Hello, Originally, I bought Nitro Pro v10, but had trouble installing it on my machine. Because of some specialized manufacturing software used by my company, my computer's OS is still WinXP. After going back and forth with Nitro Technical Support (who were great, btw), they determined that v10 would not work with XP. Instead, they sent me a link and new serial number for v9. I installed this, no problem. This is what I have used - happily - until the other day. When I opened Nitro Pro, I was greeted with an "Expired Trial" message, along with links to "Buy Licenses", etc. Now, I am no longer able to use the features I need in Nitro Pro 9. I attempted to reactivate, but to no avail. Please help!! - Bud Edited April 27, 2022 by Bud Ashlock
