Nitro Pro 13 Will not Start, Taskbar says Nitro Pro (Expired...

My Nitro Pro 13 suddenly stopped working.  When I try using it, it loads on the taskbar with the message Nitro Pro (Expired..., but it will not open.  I inserted my serial number on the activate page and it is show 0 activations at this moment.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Nitro Pro 13, but still have the same problem.  Please help.
