When I type text in a document, Nitro 13 closes after the 1st character that I type.

Tried a repair and a reinstallation and they did not correct the error. Then downloaded a new Pro 13 so old was removed and a new Pro installed. Now get a message that the serial number cannot be found. Serial is ****

 

I currently have no Nitro Pro and get message that Trial has expired.

Hello @Len Brenner

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.58.0.1180 from the page I have provided below:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.

Please let me know how that goes.

Leslie, I did what you said I should do. When I activate I get a message that the Serial Number  does not exist.

Serial Number is

504905-xxxxxx-077277

Leslie, I have managed to Activate my Nitro but still have the problem that Nitro closes when I type the 1st text character in a document. Len

- Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end
- A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving
