That is, I would pay for the single upgrade license at a single upgrade license cost. I do not see the option now. What do I need to do to get my upgrade license for a single user? Purchased on May 11, 2021 -- MONTHS after your January 1 2021 cutoff. And I've been trying to get some reasonable response from you guys for weeks! According your messages in the app, I should qualify for a free upgrade. But your online chat people have been unable or unwilling to help with this at all. license code: A36710D0-xxxxxxxx-yyyyyyyy-zzzzzzzz-BC441BC4 As a paid user of PDF Pen (and Pro) since 4/21/2004, I would rather NOT have to move to another application.
