Serial number last 12 digits blocked out

I am trying to use Nitro Pro PDF windows on a new computer, but I cannot activate it there because I cannot retrieve my serial number: I can no longer access the purchase email from cleverbridge and, on the old computer where Nitro Pro has been running, on the app's help tab , "About Nitro Pro", the last 12 digits of the serial number are blocked out: 504915XXXXXXXXXXXX 

So, I am stuck with this problem, and it really seems to be quite impossible to do or request anything from gonitro without the serial.
