Nitro Pro no longer functioning

I have version 13 of Nitro Pro that i purchased two years ago.  The menus no longer work and i cannot convert or sign files.  Does the product have a two year term?

The license you purchased online does not have an expiration and it is a perpetual license. 
Have you tried to perform a repair on your Nitro PDF Pro installation? If not, you can repair the installation via Windows' Control Panel. 

If the repair did not help resolve the issue, please provide the following details so we could troubleshoot the issue:

1. The complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation. This information can be found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro (example: Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x). 
2. Which function/feature is no longer working? Please provide the exact steps you are taking (workflow) before coming across the issue. 
3. If you are getting an error message, please share a screenshot. 
4. Is the issue happening to all the documents you open in Nitro PDF Pro?
