When I go through the automated activation portal online, I enter the serial number and it shows the following information:

Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro.

Serial Number [Shows serial number]
Version 12
Status Active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed 2

The following message pops up when I click deactivate:

Please select devices to deactivate.

However, I don't see anything to select. I've tried this in Firefox and Edge with the same result

Could anyone help me out with getting the license ironed out?

Hello Eric,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

There is no need to choose a device, sorry for the confusion.

The license portal adjusts the activations when you click on Deactivate. You can reuse the license after this. You can also send me the Computer ID so I can make the adjustment on my end. You can find this ID on each machine by going to Help > About Nitro Pro > Activate/Deactivate > Advanced.

Please let me know if you have other questions.

Hello @Eric Clark

Can you also send me your version 12 serial number so I can check? I couldn't locate any when I used your email address to search for it.

Also, the computer ID you provided is from a Nitro Pro 13 installation. If you have a version 12 serial number, it will only work if the correct version is installed, which is version 12.

I look forward to your response.
