Cesar Sebastian Posted May 16, 2022 Report Share Posted May 16, 2022 Hi, I'm trying to activate NitroPro 12 on 2 differents PCs, but when I put the serial number, I get an error message with code -24 and -77. I see on the license portal that 'Number of Activations' is 0 and 'Number of Activations Allowed' is 2. The serial number is 234600-xxxxxx-775199 Nitro Pro version is 12.0.0.112 Could you check it? We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
