Kindly note when it comes to activation and the records we keep, our logs are based on a Computer ID which is generated and stored exclusively within Nitro Pro's user interface. We are unable to see the computer names/user names that you are using for the machines internally. I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under your name or email address and in order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me? -The full name and address of the purchaser -The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro -A copy of the order invoice.
