Nayade Delgado Posted May 17, 2022 Report Share Posted May 17, 2022 I installed it and activated in August 2021. Now since yesterday 16 May 2022 it says it is not activated. And to activate it again. On a grey bar says - Offline. You seem to be offline. Connect to your internet to get the most out of your Trial. I have so far reentered the serial number and activated again, about 5 times, but it is still happening. Any suggestions as to what is causing this to occur? And how to fix. Please get the correct and latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
