Alex Cooney Posted May 19, 2022 Report Share Posted May 19, 2022 Running Nitro 12.16.9.574, Printer is a Kyocera Taskalfa 3252, Windows 10 64Bit Machine was recently replaced, & now when printing some documents, you will click print, then percentage counter window will appear at 1%, then after a few seconds either the document will close & Nitro will stay open, or sometimes Nitro will close altogether. Nothing prints, nothing in the print queue, no error message Have tried reinstalling Nitro, Windows updates We recently had a machine at the same site, same version, having the same issue. Solution then was to upgrade to v13 - I've upgraded this one to Trial version of 13, & it is working OK, but wondering what to do about the licencing?
