You said you were upgrading your servers and subsequently shutting down the one my older version of Nitro Pro runs on. I just migrated to a new machine and cannot activate Nitro pro on it. I tried using your website for help but the activation page did not let me proceed so that I could activate the license. Please could you resolve this so I can activate my license on a new machine. You sent me the email below warning me of this problem but I cannot resolve it and the links do not work. As a valuable customer of Nitro, we want to make you aware of an upcoming change to your product that may affect its performance. To continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, we’re upgrading our servers and subsequently shutting down the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on. When the process is completed on March 31, 2021, you won’t be able to re-activate your software if necessary. An important software upgrade is required to avoid any potential activation issues. In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Lastly, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13 at a discounted rate, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.
