You said you were upgrading your servers and subsequently shutting down the one my older version of Nitro Pro runs on. I just migrated to a new machine and cannot activate Nitro pro on it. I tried using your website for help but the activation page did not let me proceed so that I could activate the license. Please could you resolve this so I can activate my license on a new machine. You sent me the email below warning me of this problem but I cannot resolve it and the links do not work. As a valuable customer of Nitro, we want to make you aware of an upcoming change to your product that may affect its performance. To continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, we’re upgrading our servers and subsequently shutting down the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on.
