Cannot activate with 2 activations available

I have gone through the Nitro activation help portal after switching computers. I have 2 available activations, and no devices currently activated. It tells me to hit "deactivate" and then I can use the serial number, but when I hit "deactivate" it tells me that I need to select a device - but I do not have any devices currently active, so it does me no good.

Please provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number so we could check its activation records and investigate why you cannot activate.
