Jason Cromey Posted May 25, 2022 Report Share Posted May 25, 2022 I have gone through the Nitro activation help portal after switching computers. I have 2 available activations, and no devices currently activated. It tells me to hit "deactivate" and then I can use the serial number, but when I hit "deactivate" it tells me that I need to select a device - but I do not have any devices currently active, so it does me no good.
