I downloaded free Nitropro12. only option to buy, but cannot put serial number. 2. previously I downloaded Nitropro13? When I try to activate, it state deactive device, but cannot select the device to deactivate. It shows 0 activation. 3,Nitropro13: When I put serial#, it stated expired my serial# is 234***-******-****** email: law*****@gmail.com Edited June 14, 2022 by Reymund G. To successfully activate using your license, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. The installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
