Signatory unable to upload document

I have sent a document to sign. But the signatory is unable to upload the document after signing. 

I don't see any errors or warnings in my Nitro Sign online account.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

When sending a document for signature using Nitro Sign, the recipient no longer needs to download the document to his/her local machine as Nitro Sign support placing signature while the document is open using any Internet browsers.

Could you please shed some light on how the signatory signed the document? Did he/she used a different signing tool?
