John Bouley
We have an online form that is filled out and there is an option to download the form. When we open the form in Nitro Pro all the information is there except for some random fields, which are blank. We are able to click in the blank field and enter information, but the field remains blank after the focus moves to another. After getting frustrated, I downloaded Adobe Reader DC and did an "open with" on the original file. All fields display with the data filled in correctly. This appears to be a bug in Nitro Pro. Is this a known issue and are there updates that address it? Regards, John
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted June 1, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 1, 2022 Hello @John Bouley Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following: - What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro. - Are there any specific files behaving this way? Or is it happening to all files? - Are the files in a specific folder? If they are transferred, does the same thing happen? - Please walk us through your specific step by step workflow so we can try to replicate the issue on our end. - If you can also provide us with some files for testing please forward them to us. - Please also send us a videocast or some relevant screenshots so we can have a better understanding of your process and the issue. I look forward to your response.
