on line

Recommended Posts

hi,

due to some mistake I deleted by chance my running version of nitro pro and had to install it new

it looks like I am only able to activate the latest version of 12 but not so with earlier minor versions 12 which I had running without problem before

the latest version of 12 always crashed if i push the print button

any idea what to do?

Hello @on line

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes when you try to print.

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:
•    Are you printing to PDF or are you printing to a physical printer?
•    If it's a physical printer, please send us the specific brand and model and the type of printer drivers in use (PS, PCL, KX, etc)
•    If it is a physical print, please scan the print out so we can compare it with the original file.
•    Please specify Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end
•    Some screenshots would be very helpful as well

I look forward to your response.

thanks for your reply!

printer is an kyocera FS-C8020MFP and I am printing to this printer

printing to PDF seems working without problems

most of the time no paper is coming out, but I remember some pdf produce some lines; I'll recheck that when I have physical access to the printer

specific step: open PDF print PDF by menu file->"print"  pushing the printing icon doesn't have a different result

on the printer drivers I am not sure which information you exactly need? (for me it looks like Kyocera FS-8020MFP KX) - the latest one I found and reinstalled are KX Printer Driver (v.8.2.0623) - reinstalling this version didn't change anything

I'll try to collect some screenshots (BTW how can I add them here?)

Hello @on line

Since this is a Kyocera printer issue, I have created a support ticket so we can assist you directly.

We will get in touch with you through that case.

Cheers!
