Sorry to hear Nitro is crashing; I have several questions to start troubleshooting with you: 1. What specifically are they doing when Nitro crashes? 2. Can the crashes be replicated consistently, on-demand? 3. How long have the crashes been occurring, and when they started can you think of any other correlating changes? e.g. Nitro was updated, then started crashing. I have run the removal tool, restarted, deleted msi files from download folders, reinstalled, and issue still occurs. I can deactivate the license and Nitro opens. Once activated it crashes. 1. Opening a Nitro pdf file, or just opening Nitro program. 2. Yes. I have at least 5 computers with the same issue. 3.
