Camille Seabourn Posted June 1, 2022 Report Share Posted June 1, 2022 Hello, starting today, when I try to Open a *.pdf file using Nitro Pro 12, the file never opens. It shows on my task bar that it is Open but it will never actually Open the file. I have to right-click on the Icon on the task bar to close the application. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but it still will not Open any files. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please try to hold down the “Shift” key while right-clicking the program in the taskbar, then select “Move“. Use the arrow keys to move the window into view. I hope that helps!
