chad goff
I'm trying to install Nitro Pro for a few users to demo so they can determine if it is a good fit for their needs. On one of the machines it shows 'Expired Trial' immediately after install. I am new to the company so I asked the user if they had ever used the software on his machine before and they said no. It's possible that a previous user of the computer had installed Nitro Pro before I was here. Anyhow, would it be possible to reset the trial period for this machine so we can evaluate the product? Thanks.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted June 2, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 2, 2022 Hello @chad goff, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. While we are still investigating this 'Trial Expired' issue upon installing the program for the first time on your machine, we highly recommend purchasing 'Nitro PDF Pro' by going to our webpage https://www.gonitro.com/pricing#nitro-pdf-pro We recommend to purchase the license and run a full test of the software in less than 30 days and rest assured that if in case Nitro PDF Pro does not fit your needs, we can process a refund in your behalf. Thank you for your patience and again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
