Nitro Pro 12 Serial not recognized by the Upgrade Portal

Trying to order upgrade from Nitro Pro 12 to 13, but when I enter the serial number it says it cannot be validated. I can provide the serial number but did not think I should post in the forum.

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
