Is it just me/or is Nitro a poor platform for what was a great product?

The customer service of Nitro reminds me of Adobe. When attempting to navigate this website I end up with 504 errors. Smile had the best customer service of any product that I used. You actually would ge answers via email- many times the same day. Time to start looking for another vendor,
