I need to transfer my license to a new desktop, but the full serial number is not showing up on about screen. only the first 6 then all XXXX's after that. Nitro Pro 184.108.40.2060 In looking at other similar posts, it seems like support has to assist individually, so what are my next steps from here? Thank you!
