I need to transfer my license to a new desktop, but the full serial number is not showing up on about screen. only the first 6 then all XXXX's after that. Nitro Pro 13.16.2.300 In looking at other similar posts, it seems like support has to assist individually, so what are my next steps from here? Thank you! Please get the correct version 13.58 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
